It caused me so many trouble and traumatizing experiences it made me feel like an outsider and it prevented me to do so many things I wanted to do. But this was not acceptable as I had to care for my sick husband and 5 year old son.
Nothing changed for me until I finally decided to break free out of that prison.
And I can say life is much better in freedom!
Although I was taking anti depressant, it was only helping me partially. I was struggling to feel anything, and I felt I needed more to break out of my mental prison and live a full productive life.

What's included in the course and what could I achieve?

· The program is delivered over 21 Days and you can access one day at a time. This will help you absorb everything a lot better and you will progress smoothly and not get overwhelmed.
· I will help you see a better future for yourself and make you realise you are not doomed to die in the mental prison you are currently living in.
· I will help you gain tools and methods to discover more about you and help you recreate a more resilient you for the future.
Here is what you need to do for the next 21 Days:
1. Allow all together about 1 hour for your mental self care.
2. Listen to the hypnosis recording, you can use either the audio or video.
3. Download your worksheet for the day.
4. Complete the task on your worksheet.
5. Write in your journal about how you feel after listening to your hypnosis and completing your task.
